Parker Quink Permanent Green

A Quink é uma gama de tintas da Parker criada em 1931. Pela escassa informação que consigo encontrar creio que esta cor começou a ser produzida logo no início da produção da Quink. Actualmente é ainda vendida sob a forma de cartuchos de tinta (a impossibilidade de até ao momento consultar um catálogo da Parker actualizado não me permite perceber se continua ou não a ser produzida em tinteiro).

Quink is Parker’s ink brand, started in 1931. Through the scarce information we could find we believe this colour is made since the beginning of Quink. Currently it is still in production and it is sold in cartridges (we are unable to confirm if it is still sold as ink bottle because we don’t have access to a recent Parker catalogue.

Esta é uma tinta verde simples, sem outras tonalidades.

This a plain green ink, without hues of some other colour.

Flui bem em qualquer aparo e tem um tom de verde relativamente claro.

The flow is very good in every nib and it lays a quite light green line.

Não alastra muito no papel, embora acabe por ficar um pouco visível “à transparência” na outra face da folha, mas não de forma a torná-la inutilizável.

It doesn’t feather on the paper but there it bleeds a little on the other side of the paper, although it doesn’t affect legibility to an extent you can’t write on the other side.

Não é muito densa apresentando alguma transparência.

This ink isn’t very dense, showing some transparency.

É pouco resistente à água.

It is not waterproof.

É uma das tintas que mais utilizo, tanto para tomar notas como para fazer marcações em edição de texto.

It is a very useful ink, both for making notes and for highlighting when and editing texts.
