Today I am celebrating the 8th anniversary of our blog.
A primeira publicação que fiz foi feita no dia 15 de Maio de 2011. Foi uma simples mensagem de boas vindas. Entretanto publiquei 1379 posts no blogue e 358 vídeos no YouTube.
The first post I ever made was published on the 15th May 2011. It was just a simple welcome post. Meanwhile I made 1379 blog posts and published 358 videos on YouTube.
O canal de YouTube chama-se OdE, por serem estas as iniciais de "Objectos de Escrita".
The YouTube channel is called OdE, because these are the first letters of the Portuguese words "Objectos de Escrita", which mean "Objects for Writing".
Tanto neste blogue como no canal de YouTube tento mostrar a minha opinião sobre os objectos de escrita (maioritariamente canetas de tinta permanente) e disponibilizar alguma informação sobre os produtos, o seu uso e a sua história e até mesmo dicas úteis para ajudar os seguidores a aumentar o prazer que retiram das suas experiências de escrita.
In this blog and also on the YouTube channel I try to show my opinion about writing instruments (mostly fountain pens) and provide some information about the products, their use and their history and even useful tips to help the viewers to increase the joy they get from their writing experiences.
