Kaweco - nib 060 Carbon Black
Os
aparos pretos são uma introdução recente na gama de acessórios da Kaweco, permitindo uma maior personalização dos objectos de
escrita da marca.
The black nibs are a relatively new addition
to Kaweco's range of accessories, allowing an
increased customization of the writing objects from the brand.
O aparo que é focado nesta crítica (bem como a caneta em que o colocámos) foi-nos enviado pela Kaweco, gratuitamente, para o testarmos e relatarmos no Objectos de Escrita a nossa impressão. A nossa opinião é, no entanto, inteiramente livre, sem qualquer condicionamento por parte da marca para além da obrigação da escrita do presente texto.
The nib subject to this review (as
well as the pen in which we put it) was sent
to us by Kaweco, free of charge to be tested and reviewed here on Objectos de Escrita. Our
review is, however, completely free, without any influence from the brand
besides the writing of this text.
Esta
caneta, a Kaweco AC Sport Red, já
foi criticada anteriormente no blogue. Esta nova crítica refere-se apenas ao
aparo preto que nela instalámos.
This pen, Kaweco AC Sport
Red, has been
previously reviewed on the blog. This new review is just about the black nib we
installed in the pen.
Na
crítica à caneta referimos que, devido à existência dos painéis pretos de fibra
de carbono e mesmo do logótipo da Kaweco em preto, o visual da caneta ficaria
mais coerente se também o aparo fosse preto.
In the pen review we noticed that,
because o the black carbon panels and also the black Kaweco logo, the look of
the pen would be more coherent if the nib was also black.
Assim,
pedimos um aparo preto (Carbon Black) à Kaweco, do modelo 060 (compatível com
as Luxe, Art, AL, AC, e Brass Sport e outras linhas da marca, mas não com a
ICE, Classic e Skyline Sport em que é preciso desmontá-lo da unidade em que vem
para introdução na secção). A espessura de aparo pedida foi “F”.
Therefore, we asked a black nib
(Carbon Black) to Kaweco, of the model 060 (compatible with the Luxe, Art, AL,
AC, and BRASS Sport also other models of the brand but not with ICE, Classic
and Skyline Sport in which the nib has to be extracted from the unit). The
thickness of the nib we asked for is "F".
Estes
aparos da Kaweco são montados numa unidade que se enrosca na secção e que
contém, nela instalados, o conjunto aparo/alimentador. O facto de esta unidade
se instalar na secção das Sport atrás referidas através de uma rosca na sua
parte terminal constitui uma grande facilidade para o utilizador: muda-se
facilmente de aparo sem necessidade de grandes conhecimentos nem riscos de se desalinhar
o aparo e o alimentador.
These Kaweco's nibs are inserted in
a unit, made of nib and feed, that screws into the section of the pen. Because
this unit can be fit in the section through a screw is a major advantage for
the user: it is possible to easilu
change the nib of the pen without any great knowledge of the pens and
also without the risk of damagind the feed and nib.
Do
ponto de vista estético, a nossa opinião confirmou-se: esta caneta fica
realmente melhor com o aparo preto do que com o aparo de aço de cor prateada a
contrastar em excesso com a caneta. O aparo é exactamente igual aos de aço em
cor natural, apenas com a diferença na cor. Não é muito brilhante, embora não
tenha um acabamento totalmente fosco.
On the aesthetic part, our opinion
was confirmed: this pen really looks better with a black nib than with the
silver coloured steel nib. This nib is exactly the same as the natural coloured
steel, but with a different colour. It is not too shiny an it isn't matte
either.
Do
ponto de vista do desempenho, este é um aparo que possui uma espessura de linha
muito semelhante ao F em aço em cor natural, talvez ligeiramente mais fina
(apesar de mais espessa do que as produzidas pelos aparos F japoneses). Não nos
parece mais seco e o fluxo de tinta é muito adequado. No entanto, nota-se uma
resistência diferente sobre o papel. Esta resistência não é de todo
desagradável mas é diferente de um aparo extremamente suave. Não arranha o
papel nem levanta a suas fibras (no caso de papéis mais baratos) mas sente-se a
textura do papel ao escrever. Como os de aço em cor natural não é flexível.
At the performance level, this is a
nib with a thickness very similar to the F silver coloured steel.. It is,
maybe, only slightly finer (although thicker than the Japanese F nibs) It
doesn't appear to be drier and the ink flow is very good. However, it is
possible to feel a different resistance on the paper. This feedback is not unpleasant
at all but it is different from a perfectly smooth nib. It is not scratchy but
it is possible to feel the texture of the paper, while writing. Similarly with
the silver coloured stainless steel it is not flexible.
É
uma adição muito interessante para a marca que, entretanto, já começou a usá-lo
regularmente na AC Sport Orange e AC Sport Green. Porque o logo no topo da
tampa da AC Sport Red é preta, é nossa opinião de que deveria passar a ser este
o aparo disponibilizado com a caneta.
It is a very interesting addition to
the brand which, meanwhile, started to use this nib regularly in AC Sport
Orange and AC Sport Green. Because the logo on the top of the cap in the AC
Sport Red is black, it is our opinion that this should be the nib of these
pens.
Mais
recentemente foi lançada a AL Sport Night Edition, em edição especial exclusiva
para a Most Wanted Pens.
Obviamente nesta caneta totalmente preta, o aparo fornecido é o 060 Carbon
Black.
Recently the AL Sport Night Edition
was released in a special and exclusive edition for Most Wanted pens. Obviously in that
totally black pen, the nib provided is this 060 Carbon Black.
