The nib in my black one has a gap similar to your burgundy one.
ResponderEliminarWe don't know why is that gap. Usually, on pens as the Parker 51, the bigger the gap the less ink flow. In this case it looks to be the opposite. The burgundy one is much wetter. We really preffer the back one. Both in design and performance. With the Black and Chrome we can almost forget it is a M and not a F nib...
